Thank you so much for trusting me with your special keepsakes 🤍 Each piece is handmade with care, and because of the custom nature of my work, please review the policies below before placing your order.



Flower Drop-Off & Shipping Policy


Timeframe to Send Flowers


Flowers must be dropped off or shipped within 14–21 days of placing your order.

Orders without received flowers after 21 days may be canceled or subject to the refund policy

After this timeframe, I cannot guarantee flower quality or availability in my schedule



Local Drop-Off


I offer a convenient local drop-off option:

Flowers can be placed in the lockers located by the road at my home

After placing your order, you will receive:

A locker number

A secure access code

Drop-offs are available anytime


Please label your flowers clearly with your name and order information.



Shipping Your Flowers


If shipping your flowers, please send them as soon as possible after your event.


Shipping tips:

Wrap flowers in paper towels (not soaking wet)

Place in a sturdy box with padding (do not let flowers touch each other. Lay them in a single layer, put a paper towel, then another layer, paper towel, etc.)

Do not wrap fresh flowers directly in plastic


Delays can impact the final result of your keepsake.



Important Notes About Flowers

Flowers that arrive late, damaged, or wilted may affect the final product

I am not responsible for shipping delays or damage during transit

Orders may be canceled without refund if flowers are not received within the required timeframe



Refund Policy


Due to the custom and handmade nature of each piece, refunds are limited and based on the time since purchase:

Within 20 days of purchase: 100% refund

Within 45 days of purchase: 50% refund

Within 60 days of purchase: 25% refund

After 60 days: No refunds will be issued


Refund timeframes are based on the original purchase date.



Additional Refund Information

Once materials are received or work has begun, refunds may be reduced or no longer available

Time and space are reserved for each order, which is why refunds decrease over time
